Onde trabalha o chef?


Caros amigos,
O chef trabalha num restaurante chamado Ely chq.

"ely chq will include spectacular water-side dining, vaulted cellars, a fine dining area, private room hire, a large patio with outdoor heaters, as well as a bar area. Over 500 wines will be on display from the exclusive house special to fine and rare wines."

"Great place, but atmosphere was lacking a little bit as it's so big. Standard still as you would expect from Ely, i.e. very good. The carpaccio of beef to start was excellent, the mouthwateringly thin slices of beef served with rocket and parmesan. Where others in the group opted for steak and beefburgers, I chose the lobster risotto, a healthy portion of buttery rice with plenty of lobster throughout. Delicious. Washed down with plenty of fine St. Emilion."

O chef está a trabalhar na parte de pâtisserie, por isso, adoço-vos a boca com a lista das sobremesas:
Trio of Ice Creams & Sorbets, with brandy snap
Hot Chocolate Fondant
Orange & Ginger Creme Caramel
Natural Yoghurt Mousse, with a hint of vanilla served with seasonal red berries
Lemon Cheesecake, with strawberries & dark chocolate cigars
White Chocolate Creme Brulee
Mandarin Bavarois
Selection of Farmhouse Cheeses

E já agora o restaurante é onde? Talvez com uma viagem em low cost se consiga ir lá jantar e voltar... O preço é que deve ser o mesmo da viagem e do jantar!
